Penetration and overall security posture evaluation

Ernest examines the institution and its infrastructure for technical or non- technical security vulnerabilities. The fact that passwords are often taped to monitors or under keyboards or placed in other well known locations should be addressed with the staff. Common social engineering techniques should be a part of any total security evaluation. The goal behind the evaluation is to educate the staff on how to better keep information and themselves secure in a digital world not to use it as an excuse to fire someone.
